2016 Engineering Link Calendar Coming Together!

After a record year of events in 2015, next year is shaping up to be even bigger and better!

We are working hard with our partners and supporters to create a calendar of events across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria that will bring together engineers, universities and schools like never before!

Some of the events are already open for registrations, and the rest will be added as they are finalised.

The Queensland events “save the date” flyer is ready for download and the New South Wales and Victorian flyers will be ready next week.  All can be obtained from our website – www.telg.com.au/register.

In addition to our award-winning student (Engineering Link Project) and teacher (Linking Engineers and Scientists with Teachers) workshops, we are expanding our Spaghetti Bridge Competition and introducing a series of professional development webinars aimed at specific areas of the STEM curriculum.  The links with engineers and scientists will still form the nexus of these workshops, as well as hands-on activities and resources that link directly with the curriculum .  If you have any areas across Science, Engineering or Mathematics that you would like us to include, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.  We’ll update you with details through this blog.

We are also planning on travelling to China again in 2016, which is an experience you don’t want to miss!
