It’s time to Dream Big.
The Engineering Link Group is proud to promote events that have the same philosophy as we do – to link schools (and in this case, female students) with engineering. The founder of the Dream Big Project, Jessica Kahl, attended an ELP in 2012 and is the inspiration behind this wonderful event. It has grown in the last three years to be the biggest of its kind in Central Queensland.
Below is an email we received from Jessica, and I am very happy to forward this to you for your consideration:
On Friday 26th of February 2016, the Dream Big Project is holding a ‘Dream Big Event’ to promote engineering to year 10 – 12 female students at CQUniversity Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg and Mackay Campuses.
The cost of the Dream Big Event is FREE, with lunch provided.
The Dream Big Team have allocated 25 spots on each CQUniversity campus, however registrations close on Tuesday 23rd February. Dream Big registration forms, flyers and event information is available on the Dream Big Project’s website under ‘Dream Big Event’. We also encourage schools to play our ‘Dream Big’ video to their class, which features inspirational footage from engineers and current students, and information about the 2016 Dream Big Event.
