China – here we come!

Excited students counting down the days.

As we get closer to November 30, we are all getting very excited about another trip to China for TELG and our lucky students.

This year, we have 13 students and 1 very excited teacher accompanying Greg and Paul on the trip this year.

The itinerary has changed slightly, with our first stop being in Nanchang for the 5 day Railway Engineering Workshop. We then travel by plane to Xi’An – the home of the Terracotta Soldiers and Horses, then by overnight train to Beijing.

Beijing is always exciting, with the Great Wall an obvious highlight. This year we are also going to experience the super-fast intercity train from Beijing to Shanghai (one leaves every 10 minutes!).
