Rescue a worker from danger! Using the engineering principles of mechatronics, students will design and construct their own robotic arm from a range of components and motors, then use Python (a programming language) to code the arm to carry out a rescue mission.
Students will form teams and work together to complete this task.
The workshop will be facilitated by QUT.
Date: Saturday 25th March 2023
Time: 9.30am – 4pm
Lunch: lunch is included
Cost: $40
Location: “The Cube” (P-Block), QUT Gardens Point.
Parents:
- Free parking is available on campus, more information will be emailed before the event.
- Parents are welcome to come and hear the students pitch their project, 3pm – 4pm
