Spaghetti Bridge Competition Results
We have finally been able to complete this year’s Spaghetti Bridge Competition. Over 25 schools registered to test bridges this year and we tested over 50 bridges. Congratulations to all participants.
Results for 2022:
First Place – “Chactasitic” – Cannon Hill Anglican College – 86.18kg
Second Place – “Stroganoff” – Cannon Hill Anglican College – 13.64kg
Third Place – “The Spaghetti O’s” – Xavier Catholic College – 9.8kg
Regional Prizes:
– “Spaghett Bridge” – The Lakes College
– “The Pimlico Group” – Pimlico State High School
– “Bridge” – Heights College
– “Ninja Turtles & Splinter” – Mareeba State High School
Certificates and cheques have been posted to schools.
The 2023 competition will be launched in February 2023 and the competition itself will be held in August (around Engineering Week).
